The quiet, clean hotel offered fantastic hot spring facilities, with both indoor and open-air baths that my teens loved, especially after long days exploring nearby landmarks like Iwate Park and the Sakurayama Shrine. The late-night free ramen and ice cream were a hit, and the complimentary pudding in the fridge was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in smooth. While the parking process was a bit unclear, overall it was a wonderful experience that enhanced our family bonding.

Nice accommodation with perfect setting so close to the centre, many restaurants around and the sightseeing spots. The exceptionally attentive and helpful staff all round. A nice size and stylish rooms with a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card, very comfy beds. A bidet in the bathroom.
A little too warm room.

I couldn't enjoy the communal areas at all because this loud group of tourists took over. They were drinking and partying for hours, leaving towels in the bath and just ruining the ambiance for everyone trying to relax.

The onsen was wonderful, with natural water sourced from Hachimantai. The spacious room was larger than the usual standards I'm accustomed to in Tokyo, and I appreciated the expansive facilities and the parking garage. Being slightly away from the busier areas around the train station allowed for a more relaxed vibe while still being close to essential amenities.
The bed and pillow felt too firm for my comfort.

The onsen facilities provide a unique experience, with clean, natural water sourced from Hachimantai. Free ramen at night adds a nice touch after a long day.
The room layout felt a bit cramped, with minimal storage and hard pillows which may not suit everyone. Location is quite a trek from the main train station, requiring navigation across busy roads that can be unpleasant.
